           Texas for the provision of sex offender treatment and counseling services for juvenile offenders.

    Personnel Matters: to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment , duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee: Annual review of performance and qualifications for attorneys assigned to the Juvenile Appointment list..
