Our Mission

Work collaboratively with clients to collect court costs from prior adjudications.

Payments 

The Collections Department takes payments for all County Court and District Court fees, fines, court costs, restitution and drug/alcohol monitoring. Payment plans can be set up in person at the collections office.

Payments can be made in person, by mail or by a 3rd party (internet or phone). Payment plans can be established for amounts owed to the Courts.

Return to Court

Return to Court dockets are completed every two months for those not making payments or have not set up on payment plans.

Non-Payment 

A warrant could be issued and result in arrest if a payment plan is not set up and/or payment are in default for 90 days or more.
