- Discussion and consideration to accept and add attorneys to the Juvenile Appointment List.
- Discussion and consideration to approve the Service Provider Agreement with Andrew Brams, Ph.D. for the provision of psychological evaluations for juvenile offenders.
- Receive and file Quarterly Audit Report for the Juvenile Justice Department for the period from
July 2021 through September 2021.

6. Executive Session: Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Personnel Matters: The Galveston County
Juvenile Board will enter into executive session as permitted under the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Government Code,
Personnel Matters: to deliberate the appointment, employment evaluation, reassignment, duties,
Discipline, or dismissal of the public officer or employee: Director, Juvenile Justice Department.
