Under the authority and by virtue of an Writ of Execution dated and issued on the 17th day of July, 2024 in cause number 17-TX-0290 in the 212th Judicial District Court, Galveston County, Texas, Plaintiff Clear Creek Independent School District recovered Judgment against Kingdom Llorco Inc d/b/a Service Master Bay Area,
Defendants, in the sum of $41,409.52, being the principle amount of the judgment due, along with additional costs of litigation for tax years 2015-2017, with judgment and costs all totaling to $68,630.50 through July 2024, together with all costs of court and any additional costs expended in that behalf.

As taxed on said Execution, and the further costs of executing the same, I have levied on, the 1st day of October, 2024, and will offer for sale and sell on Thursday, 7th day of November, 2024, at the Galveston County Road and Bridge Storage Lot, 2875 Nichols Ave, Dickinson, TX 77539, at approximately 10:00 AM, any and all right, title, interest and claim which the said Defendant, Kingdom Llorco Inc d/b/a Service Master Bay Area, had of, in, or to the following described personal property situated in Galveston County, Texas:

2. 2009 Ford van (box truck), VIN 1FDSE35L78DA13750

• Personal property to be sold as separate lots.
• The minimum bid will be all costs of suit and sale, estimated to be: $5,000.00.
• Payment by certified funds only, cash or cashier's check.
• All sales shall be without warranty as to the title or condition, express or implied, as
  evidenced by Constable's Bill of Sale.

Under the authority and by virtue of an Writ of Execution dated and issued on the 18th day of July, 2024 in cause number 19-TX-0567 in the 10th Judicial District Court, Galveston County, Texas, Plaintiff Clear Creek Independent School District recovered Judgment against Service Master Bay Area,  Defendants, in the sum of$42,095.01, being the principle amount of the judgment due, along with additional costs of litigation for tax years 2018-2023, with judgment and costs all totaling to $43,463.65 through July 2024, together with all costs of court and any additional costs expended in that behalf.

As taxed on said Execution, and the further costs of executing the same, I have levied on, the 1st day of October, 2024, and will offer for sale and sell on Thursday, 7th day of November, 2024, at the Galveston County Road and Bridge Storage Lot, 2875 Nichols Ave, Dickinson, TX 77539, at approximately 10:00 AM, any and all right, title, interest and claim which the said Defendant, Service Master Bay Area, had of, in, or to the following described personal property situated in Galveston County, Texas:
