Pocket Park #2 includes educational wetland preserves, beach access points and public parking. Amenities include outdoor rinse-off showers as well as umbrella and chair rentals.

Pocket Park # 2 is minutes from 61st Street and island attractions Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Beachfront parking is available.

The operational responsibility for Beach Pocket Park #1 was transferred to the City of Galveston, Texas, effective January 8th, 2018.
