4. Discussion and consideration to approve State Aid and Targeted Grants Contract for the 2022-2023 biennium and, Juvenile Board Resolution authorizing execution of the State Aid and Targeted Grants Contract.

    

5. Discussion of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department’s Standards Compliance Reports for Galveston County pursuant to Texas Administrative Code Chapter 343 and 344.

*6. Receive and file Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program performance review for the

      2020-2021 school year.

*7. Consideration of approval of Agreement for Educational Services with Dickinson ISD for the

      provision of educational services for the 2021-2022 school year for juvenile offenders assigned to the

      Jerry J. Esmond Juvenile Justice Center.

*8. Consideration of approval of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding

      with local school districts for the provision of  educational services for juvenile offenders assigned to

      the Transforming Lives Cooperative Day Program.

*9. Consideration of approval of Service Provider Agreement with East Texas Behavioral Health

      Network for the provision of psychiatric assessment, care and medication management for juvenile

      offenders.

*10. Consideration of approval of Agreement with the Wharton County Juvenile Board for Detention of

        Juvenile Offenders from Wharton County.
