   provision of Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services for juvenile offenders.

*9.    Consideration to approve Educational Service Agreement with Dickinson ISD for the provision of

         educational services for juveniles residing at the Juvenile Justice Center during the 2024-2025 school year.

*10.  Consideration to approve agreement with Siemens for the installation of relays to disable mag locks when

         fire alarm is activated using State Aid grant funds.

*11.  Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreement with Alere Toxicology for the provision of laboratory

         drug testing for juvenile offenders.

*12.  Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreement with Comedy Driving, Inc. for the provision of

         employee training on defensive driving.

*13.  Receive and file JJAEP performance evaluation/ review for the 2023-2024 school year.

*14.  Receive and file Texas Juvenile Justice Department audit of the Galveston County Juvenile Probation

         Department’s compliance with Texas Administrative Code Chapters 343 and 344 pertaining to pre-

         adjudication detention, post adjudication detention, employment, certification, and training.

*15.  Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreement with Dr. Dedra Frazier for the provision of

         psychological evaluations of juvenile offenders and prospective employees.

*16.  Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreement with Everyday Life, Inc. for the provision of

         residential treatment services for juvenile offenders.

*17.  Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreement with Innovative Alternatives, Inc. for the provision

         of employee training.

*18.  Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreement with Dr. Jenine Boyd for the provision of

         psychological evaluations of juvenile offenders and prospective employees.

*19.  Consideration to approve Agreement with the Leon County Juvenile Board for the pre-adjudication

        detention of juvenile offenders from Leon County.

        provision of secure residential treatment services for juvenile offenders.

*27. Consideration to approve the purchase and installation of new flooring for the control room of the Juvenile

        Justice Center using State Aid grant funding.

*28. Consideration to approve the purchase and installation of 2 NVR servers to bring facility camera system into

        compliance with the County’s IT security protocols using State Aid grant funding.
