  provision of psychological evaluations and reports for juvenile offenders.

   school instruction.

         officer training and quality assurance reviews of juvenile probation officer case management.

*19.  Consideration to approve Memorandum of Understanding with Youth For Christ for the provision of mentor   

         services for juvenile probationers and at-risk youth.

*20. Consideration to approve Agreement with the Liberty County Juvenile Board for the pre-adjudication

        detention of juvenile offenders from Liberty County. 

*21. Consideration to approve Agreement with the Orange County Juvenile Board for the pre-adjudication

        detention of juvenile offenders from Orange County.

        placement services for juvenile offenders from Galveston County.

        treatment needs.

        computer based risk and needs assessments for juvenile offenders.

        psychological evaluations for juvenile offenders.
