2. Distribution and discussion of monthly reports and events for May 2023.

 

 

3. Discussion and consideration to accept and add attorneys to the Juvenile Appointment List.

    4. Discussion and consideration to approve Food Service Management Contract extension with Elior DBA Summit Food Services, LLC for the provision of meals and snacks for juvenile offenders and supervision staff.

     

     

    5. Discussion and consideration to approve service provider contract with Denton County Juvenile Probation for the provision of secure residential treatment services for juvenile offenders.

     

     

    6. Receive and file internal audit for the period May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023.

     

     

    7. Discussion and consideration to approve request for budget amendment for a 5% pay increase for five administrative assistant positions effective August 3, 2023.

     

     

    8.Discussion and consideration to approve juvenile processing offices as request by the Galveston ISD Police Department located at:

  • Ball High School – 1001F, 1044 (K9), 1035, 1035D, 1035E
  • Austin Middle School – Processing Office

    9. Discussion and consideration to certify that the Jerry J. Esmond Juvenile Justice Center is suitable for the detention of children pursuant to Texas Family Code 51.12(c) and 51.125(b).

*23. Consideration to approve Memorandum of Understanding with ADAPT Programs, LLC for the provision of substance abuse evaluations and treatment services.
