         treatment center services for juvenile offenders.

         provision of forensic substance abuse testing services for juvenile offenders.

*13.  Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreement with East Texas Behavioral Health Network for the 

         provision of tele-health psychiatry services for juvenile offenders.

*14. Consideration to approve Service Provider Agreements with Family Service Center for the provision of

        counseling service for Juvenile Offenders including: Sex Offender Treatment, Individual and Family

        Counseling, and violence prevention and intervention counseling.

*15.  Consideration to approve Agreement with Matagorda County Juvenile Board for Detention of Juvenile

         Offenders From Matagorda County.
